Classifications Each Network is restricted to one member per business classification. Meaning; one dentist, one golf course, one insurance company, etc. For the MIT (manufacturing, industrial, and technology) chapters it means one steel fabricator, one tooling company, one windshield wiper manufacturer, etc.
Company Commercial Each member and visitor has the opportunity at each meeting to give a 30-60 second commercial about their company and/or products. This gives those in attendance a chance to know who you are and what you do, so they can share leads and referrals with you.
Formal Lead Sharing Most chapter close their second meeting of the month to "members only". This is so they can share leads, referrals, and business problems in a private setting. This allows for the development of closer relationships between members.
Company Showcase During the year each member will have the opportunity to give a five to ten minute overview about their business, describe what types of customers they are looking for, and share company literature. That member is encouraged to bring a door prize of nominal value.
Member's Solutions The individual who participates in the Company Showcase can bring a business problem to the group that they need help resolving. We've allowed an additional ten minutes so all participants at the meeting can help with suggestions, offer advice, and/or help resolve this situation. This problem can be collecting on an outstanding invoice, resolving conflict between two employees, to handling a difficult customer, or increasing revenue. Bring us your company problem and we'll try to resolve it.
CEO RoundTable This once a month meeting is for current members who are the CEO, President, or Manager of their busienss. This is never opened to visitors. The purpose of this group is to allow the decision maker of a company the ability to grow their business to the next level by bringing all facets of their business to the table where others can help them make critical business changes for growth. Participants must be willing to sign a confidentiality agreement. Stastics show that members of a group like this grow their business by 25% per year and develope very close business and personal relationships with the other participants of the group.
New Business Mentoring Each chapter will adopt a new business every six months to twelve months to mentor. The membership fee will be waived for one year so this person can learn from others in their chapter and grow their business. This is our chance to help a new business succeed.
Website Each member's contact data is placed on the website so other members can find their products and services.
Email Marketing All members have access to a special email marketing list where they can send discount offers, information about new products and/or services, newsletter, or upcoming seminars, workshops, or events. One email to this account will automatically send your mail to all the members of all the networking chapters.
Educational Topics and Discussions At each meeting a new educational topic of interest will be discussed. Topics are selected by the members in advance and vary from advertising, business plan strategies, problem solving, to team building, finance, and customer service. MIT chapters will discuss such topics as Six Sigma, SAP, and lean maintenance.
Power Networking Once a month members will be paired together so they can meet outside of the normal chapter meetings so they have the opportunity to get to know each other better and learn more about each other. Statistics show that the more we know about other members and their business, the more business we will refer to that member.
Semi-Annual Member Showcase Each spring all the chapter members can showcase their products and services in one place together. This Member Showcase will last two to three hours so members from all chapters can buy and sell, bring visitors, and enjoy a fun-filled evening together. Every fall we will turn this into a Holiday Extravaganza and have even more fun.
Charitable Organizations Each area where PNC Chapters reside will adopt a local non-profit, charitable organization to assist. The charity will be listed on our website along with success stories on how they benefit from a chapter's participation.
